There, she kicked it off with her mental health journey.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI grew up acting and singing and doing musicals, but I didn\u2019t know that I suffered with anxiety and sometimes depression,\u201d Tisdale shared with The Post. <\/p>\n<p>To combat her mental health battles, Tisdale prioritizes what she calls \u201clittle rituals.\u201d During this time Tisdale opens a window, lights a <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/article\/best-scented-candles-to-keep-your-home-smelling-nice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">candle<\/a>, reaches for her <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/article\/best-korean-skincare-products-and-brands\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noreferrer noopener\">skincare<\/a> or does deep <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/article\/best-shampoos-for-every-hair-type-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">conditioners<\/a>. That\u2019s the most important thing in living a non-toxic life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As Tisdale continued to tell the New York Post about her current state, we heard a little voice babbling in the background. It was none other than her new <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/article\/best-strollers-for-babies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baby<\/a> girl, Jupiter. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s the best \u2014 she really is,\u201d Tisdale said. \u201cThere are so many ways she\u2019s changed my life.
