The update follows increased demand for inclusive mental health services across Bergen County<\/strong> as more individuals, families, and couples seek support related to gender identity, anxiety, relationship stress, and emotional well-being. The practice reported growing need for therapy models that address identity-related concerns within broader mental health and family communication frameworks.<\/p>\n

\u201cClients are often looking for a setting where they can examine identity, relationships, anxiety, and emotional conflict without pressure toward a predetermined outcome,\u201d said H. Craig Cutler, Founder and President of Equality Mental Health. \u201cThe updated program supports a more structured, collaborative process for clients and families navigating these concerns.\u201d<\/p>\n

The expanded program includes standardized intake discussions, identity-related stress assessment, emotional health screening, and individualized therapy planning. These workflows are designed to support consistent documentation and improve coordination across individual, family, couples, and adolescent therapy services.<\/p>\n
