If you do indeed manage to roll out a mat, there is a middling chance of rolling around a bit before just having a bit of a stretch and then calling it a day. It&#8217;s practically a tradition. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text\">Scott Britton, MH Elite coach and founder of Battle Cancer is going to help your break that habit. His core finisher uses just a rowing machine, specifically the sliding seat, to push your midline further and harder than any crunch. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text\">Complete each 10 reps movement in turn, for four rounds. Try and rest as little as possible between rounds to really turn up the intensity on your abs. That burning ache is what you&#8217;re after, unfortunately.
