Emma Roberts Showed Off Her Super Strong Legs In Fishnets And A High-Slit Dress In PFW Photos

  • Emma Roberts just hit up Paris Fashion Week’s Valentino show in a high-slit gown and fishnets.
  • The actress, 32, was all smiles as she showed off her mega-toned legs in the outfit.
  • Emma loves doing yoga, Pilates, riding horses, and she is big on doing cleanses when she gets off track with her diet.

In case you weren’t already aware, Emma Roberts is living her very best life in the City of Lights during Paris Fashion Week. And there are lots of pictures to prove it.

The Scream Queens actress, 32, attended the Valentino show this week, and rocked an incredibly chic, black, long-sleeved gown (with lots of feathers!) that featured a high-slit. While all eyes were on Emma’s glowing smile, it was also hard to miss how super toned her legs were in a pair of fishnets.

“Paris x @maisonvalentino ‘My ideas usually come not at my desk writing but in the midst of living’ -Anaïs Nin 🖤,” she captioned the pics.

Emma shared a second look at her chic outfit, which also showed off her mega-toned legs.

And her two posts are obviously getting lots of love from her fans and followers. “Omg u look so gorg,” Ashley Benson wrote, and singer JoJo left her a quick note: “EMMA!!!!! Flawwwwless.” Of course, the look also garnered tons of 🔥 emojis.

If you’re wondering about Emma’s health and wellness routines, unfortunately, she hasn’t done a deep dive lately. But back in 2018 Emma’s trainer Andrea Orbeck shared all the deets on her hour-long cardio and strength workouts. “[Emma is] very athletic, and she’s a little dynamo, which is fun,” Orbeck told SELF.

Emma told Shape (via E! News) in 2017 that she also loves yoga and Pilates, on top of working with Orbeck. “I work with a trainer, Andrea Orbeck, because I need to get my cardio. Our sessions are an hour, focusing mostly on arms, abs and ass—the all-important three As,” she said.

Emma is all about getting active outdoors, and sometimes that means hitting the ski slopes for a bit of downhill skiing (which is a great quad workout, by the way).

Plus, she loves to ride horses.

As for her diet, Emma told Shape in 2017 more about her eating philosophy. “With my diet, I do what feels good for me at the time,” she shared (via E! News). “I try not to say that I won’t eat something. Instead, I stay in tune with my body and my mind, and I think, What do I feel like eating?”

Emma told Women’s Health that she’s a fan of doing a nutrition re-set after she’s fallen off her normal routines. “I was also looking to do a cleanse, like a one-day reset, because I was in New Orleans eating fried food and I was not really on my workout routine. My friend recommended Kroma and I loved it. I did the one day reset and I felt really clear and energetic and I didn’t feel deprived at all. I’m going to do the five-day reset next week,” she shared.

Oh, and BTW, Emma loves a buttery French croissant. So, I imagine she’s having a pretty great time in Paris right now.

Oui, oui, Emma!
