Who Is The Next ‘Bachelorette’ In 2023? All Of Reality Steve’s Spoilers And Charity Lawson

Zach Shallcross‘ season of The Bachelor is quickly approaching the stage where viewers begin to wonder 1) Who will win? and 2) Who’s going to be the next Bachelorette? While no one can be positive of the first answer until the finale (though, of course, there are some seriously good guesses), Reality Steve has dropped some intel on who he thinks will be crowned the next Bachelorette. Drum roll, please… Ms. Charity Lawson.

ICYDK, the new Bachelorette is usually one of the runners up from The Bachelor and vice versa. Case in point: Zach Shallcross hails from Rachel and Gabby’s season of The Bachelorette (he self-eliminated during the overnights). Now that his season is down to a handful of contestants, it’s safe to make bets on who will be up to bat next. And while Reality Steve’s pronouncements are usually pretty accurate, Charity isn’t the only contender for the upcoming season. There are currently four remaining contestants, and only one will walk away with a ring from Zach (unless he’s anything like Arie Luyendyk).

What else is there to know about the could-be Bachelorettes? Women’s Health has dived into who could be the star of The Bachelorette‘s 20th season.

Charity is currently a frontrunner for Zach’s season.

TBH, Charity, 27, would make a perfect Bachelorette. She’s cemented a reputation this season as a genuinely kind contestant—a rarity on a reality dating show. In case you haven’t been watching, Charity has been a favorite of Bachelor fans and Zach Shallcross himself (the two have had plenty of make out sessions this season). However, she reportedly gets sent home after hometowns this upcoming week, according to Reality Steve.

You may also remember Charity Zach literally swept her off her feet in a “wife carrying competition” in Estonia. She also admitted to Zach in one recent episode that she was ready for an engagement, despite going through a pretty recent breakup.

Now that Reality Steve has given his official guess, it does seem pretty likely Charity will be the star of the next season of The Bachelorette, but ABC has not confirmed this information yet.

Still, if you peruse her Instagram, you’ll probably come across a few comments expressing hope for her to be the next Bachelorette. According to her ABC profile, she’s looking for someone loyal, honest and who shares her morals.

Who else could The Bachelorette be?

Okay, okay. Charity as the next Bachelorette is still *just a rumor*, so other likely candidates for the next season of The Bachelorette could be Kaity Biggar, Ariel Frenkel, or Gabi Elnicki—the other remaining contestants on The Bachelor.

Reality Steve released his guess that Kaity Biggar ends up engaged to Zach at the end of this season (while a popular Bachelor Nation Instagram page says it is Gabi). However, since Ariel is reportedly eliminated after Charity, per Reality Steve, she is also a likely contender.

Ariel, 28, has also been somewhat of a voice of reason (and humor) among the contestants this season…for example, her clapback to Kat during a recent episode. So, she could hold her own as a leading woman. I think this upcoming season could benefit from some spicy jokes.

Whoever it is, hopefully it will be unveiled by ABC soon.

When will the next season of The Bachelorette air?

ABC hasn’t confirmed when, exactly, season 20 of The Bachelorette will air. Last year, the first Bach episode dropped in July, so it may be around that time again.

However, in the last few years, The Bachelorette has oscillated between airing in the summer and early fall, so it could also premiere some time around October 2023.

Time will only tell for the air date and who exactly will be the next Bachelorette! Stay tuned.
