BSU Adult Physical Fitness Program to host open house

MUNCIE, Ind. – Those interested in Ball State University’s Adult Physical Fitness Program will have a chance to take a look around at an upcoming open house.

The event, open to the public, will be held from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Oct. 18 at the Adult Physical Fitness Center located in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, Room 135.

Attendees can tour the facility and gather information on what’s offered at the BSU location. Services and programs, according to a news release, include: knowledgeable staff; fitness assessments; individualized training sessions (aerobic, resistance training, and flexibility/balance/core); regular progress reports; and incentive programs.

Event participants will receive a limited-time offer towards joining the program. The offers, the release stated, must be redeemed no later than Nov. 17, 2023, and turned in at the time of payment.
