Cleveland State Community College has named a room in the new Health and Science Center after the Family of John H. and Charlotte K. Bivens.

The Bivens family donated $50,000 toward the building of the center. The family has been supporting the college since 1988. For their long-time support, the college started the John H. Bivens Memorial Nursing scholarship. 

The college also named a student classroom after Bob and Robby Card for their donation to the college. The father and son donated $88,500 to be used for the funding of the new Health and Science Center.

They have been supporters of Cleveland State since 1985 and started the Easy Auto scholarship in 1999.
