Melinda Rudolph has joined Troutman Pepper as a partner in the health sciences transactional practice group, the firm said Monday.

Rudolph focuses on the commercial and operational issues of companies in the life sciences sector, according to Troutman Pepper.

She advises clients on matters that pertain to licensing, development, manufacturing and distribution products, and research and development collaborations, said the firm.
