Duke Fitch has joined Troutman Pepper as a partner in the health sciences intellectual property practice group in its Berwyn, Pa., office, the firm said Wednesday.

Fitch will help clients with patent portfolio development and management, licensing, and dispute matters, according to Troutman Pepper. He has experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and FDA-approved products.

Fitch previously served as vice president of pharmaceutical patents US at GSK, a global pharmaceutical company, Troutman Pepper said.
