“It’s an incredible resource to have all of these trainers weekly. Getting more active to transition to working out. We have this to help you transition from a stable lifestyle to something more active,” Prejean said.

For 39 weeks straight, adults, toddlers and teens will have a list of activities to choose from.
“Some up to 3 times a week. We have dance fitness, yoga, kids fitness and all of this is free for the community,” said Hebert.”
