Maintaining Your Eye Health In The Workplace

Throughout the day, whether it be on our phones or our computers, we spend an excessive amount of time in front of our screens.

It’s now bringing up new concerns about what those blue lights could be doing to our eyes.

Dr. Jana Friedman, an Ophthalmologist at the Eye Center at GBMC, joined FOX45 News to share if people should be concerned about the extended amounts of time being spent looking at their screens.

“The reassuring thing is that there actually is no good evidence to date showing that there’s any harmful UVA or UVB rays coming from computers,” said Friedman.
