Saint Alphonsus Health System and Intermountain Medical Imaging announced Monday that they have purchased some operations of Saltzer Health.
Saltzer Health, owned by Intermountain Health Care, announced in January that it would be selling or ceasing operations by March 29. The agreement between Saint Alphonsus and Saltzer will keep open three Saltzer locations: The Ten Mile Ambulatory Surgery Center (875 S. Vanguard Way, Meridian), a Meridian urgent care center (867 S. Vanguard Way, Meridian) and an urgent care center in south Nampa (215 Hawaii Ave., Nampa), according to a joint news release from Saint Alphonsus and Saltzer Health.
