It appears that some of Dr. Nguyen’s reviews could be fictious, as a further way to obtain quick high margin business at the cost of telling patients “sorry” when he refuses to do low margin work needed later on.

Dr. Nguyen should be ashamed of himself, however he is not, as he feels no obligation to honor his word even when it is in a written contract.
