DETROIT LAKES — Dr. Michael Norgard has joined Sanford Health Detroit Lakes.

Norgard specializes in women’s health, and offers pregnancy and gynecology care, with special interests in pelvic floor prolapse, incontinence treatments, operative hysteroscopy, minimally invasive laparoscopy and hysterectomy, according to a Sanford news release.

Dr. Norgard attended medical school at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, and did his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. His board certification is from the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
