Dr. Nicole Martin is brand new to the show. A board-certified anesthesiologist, Nicole has one son with her fiancé Anthony Lopez.

In season 4, fans will watch Nicole and Anthony be “so adamant about not being married,” per Bravo. So, what changed when the cameras stopped rolling?

“For us, it was just not a priority. You know, we had both been married before, and there were other things that were more important to us than getting married. We wanted to have a family, we wanted to build our home, we wanted to establish our careers. So, I think, now the dust has settled on all those things, and the timing just felt right,” Nicole explained on an episode of Watch What Happens Live.
