Piedmont Tech will soon build a new health science facility on its Greenwood campus, providing students in its 12 health care programs with cutting-edge, authentic lab environments.

The college was awarded an $11 million grant from the Economic Development Administration through the U.S. Department of Commerce on Tuesday.
