Jenna Dewan, 41, is stepping up to help mothers in need in a recent Instagram post. The Come Dance With Me judge and mom of two joined several other celebrities, including Zoe Saldana and Behati Prinsloo, for the Baby2Baby’s Mother’s Day distribution event.

Jenna sported a fun flower-patterned mini dress that showed off her super-toned legs.

She captioned the post, “The most special early Mother’s Day celebration with @Baby2Baby and mothers who have been impacted by the pandemic. Thank you @ByHeart and @PaulMitchell for making today possible and helping us distribute formula, hygiene items, diapers, groceries, and of course special Mother’s Day gifts to the moms and kids who need them most right now. ❤❤”

Her fans were quick to share their thoughts, with one user commenting, “So cute. 😍” Another follower added, “Great job Jenna!!!!👍👍”

While she loves to touch base with her dance roots from time to time, Jenna also does Pilates to feel her best. She told Women’s Health that she usually does her sessions three to four times a week with celeb trainer Kim Carruthers. “It gets you fit so fast, and you just feel stronger,” she revealed. “The dancer in me really likes it because it activates the same muscles in my core.”

The Step Up star also shared that practicing holotropic breathing (two breaths in, one breath out) helps her get grounded before starting a workout. “It’s very effective for stress,” Jenna said. “You’re creating this rush of oxygen to your brain, and it calms your nervous system. It can be a little uncomfortable at first, but once you get past that, you really open yourself up.”

When it comes to her diet, Jenna is pretty relaxed about what she can and can’t eat thanks to her 80-20 rule. FYI, that means 80 percent for “healthy” eating and 20 percent for eating whatever your heart desires. Sounds pretty good, right?

In the A.M., Jenna preps a green smoothie with romaine lettuce, spinach, parsley, cilantro, banana, celery, apple, and lemon. And her go-to snacks:”I always love hummus, and I always have some kind of fruit on me,” she told InStyle.

    BRB, cravings are kicking in!
