The event, attended by badminton stars Saina Nehwal and Parupalli Kashyap, alongside Hyderabad Police Commissioner C.V. The meet commenced with a grand march-past by participating police contingents. The chief guests hoisted the sports flag, released pigeons and balloons, and lit the Police Sports Flame, marking the start of the four-day event featuring 14 contingents competing in 24 different sports disciplines.
