CINCINNATI (WKRC) — Local healthcare providers are collaborating to host a series of discussions focused on women’s health, covering topics such as living well, aging well, and dying well.
The series, organized by Stephanie Quehl and Veronica Sterling, aims to address important aspects of women’s health and well-being.
Sterling, CEO of Hospice of Southwest Ohio, and Quehl, who founded the initiative “Do It For Jack” in memory of her son who died from an accidental fentanyl overdose, are spearheading the event. Quehl emphasized the importance of discussing grief, a topic often overlooked.
“The series begins this week with a discussion about living well, mental health, and relationships,” said Quehl. “The aging well session will follow, focusing on women’s health, and finally, the dying well session, which I am part of, may help with loss in your life.”
The sessions will be held at Hospice of Southwest Ohio in the Madeira area. The cost is approximately $60, with proceeds supporting families in hospice care. For more information or to register, visit here.
