CARBONDALE, Ill. (WSIL) — A workshop focusing on women’s health is being held in Carbondale on Saturday.
Women’s Health Naturally 11th annual Natural Health Expo is all about nutrition.
Organizers say this year’s theme is, Food is Medicine: Why it Matters.
The expo will focus on the importance of nutrition in promoting and maintaining good health.
Women’s Health Naturally’s director Terry Hickey says it’s a great way to educate women on natural health all under one roof.
Eight guest speakers will attend, including a certified dietician and an organic farmer. 40 vendors will also be there with information and products.
The event will take place February 22nd from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Pre-registration was extended until 4 p.m. on Friday, February 21st.
