Mental health care can be overwhelming, but everyone can benefit

HUNTINGTON — Mental health care encompasses a wide variety of services and treatments to promote and maintain psychological well being.

Figuring out if therapy is right for you, finding a therapist, types of therapy, types of medication, how to know if it’s helping and then facing stigma through the care process can make it feel overwhelming. But these providers have some recommendations on ways to make it a little easier.
