Inside the tool, you’ll be asked to respond to a few simple questions:

1. Coverage type
Select the type of coverage you have or are considering (E.g., DHMO/dental HMO, PPO, etc.).

2. ZIP code
Type in your ZIP code.

3. Network (or plan) name
Choose the name of your network plan. (You’ll find the name of your network on your member ID card.)

Not a member yet? Simply choose one of the plans you are considering.

4. Search by name or specialty
Enter the name of a dentist or the kind of specialist you need.

Then the system will provide a list of dentists near you, who are a part of your network plan. Their contact information will also appear.
