Lander introduces College of Nursing, Human Performance and Health Sciences

Lander University started the fall semester with newly restructured academic colleges, including the College of Nursing, Human Performance and Health Sciences. The strategic merging of programs under the newly formed college will further Lander’s goals toward preparing students for the workforce and enhancing academic collaboration.

“Bringing together nursing, exercise science, and public health under the College of Nursing, Human Performance and Health Sciences (CNHPHS) creates significant opportunities for alignment, innovation and strategic program growth that advances the mission of Lander University and addresses several of the University’s strategic initiatives,” said Dr. Holisa Wharton, dean of the college.
