The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) recently reported a significant increase in the number of online job scams, which oftentimes solicit payments from applicants as part of a fake job offer1. Delta Dental does not conduct job interviews by text, email, or messaging applications, and we will never request your social security number, date of birth, money, payment, bank account, or credit card information as part of the initial job application process.
