The School of Health Sciences is known for its progressive student-centered curriculum. Our community-focused, interprofessional education provides students the opportunity to apply learned competencies in real world clinical settings. Students develop the skills necessary to be a successful healthcare professional in the 21st century through hands-on experiences and a curriculum focused on healthcare innovation, systems thinking, and using evidence-based approaches to solve today’s biggest challenges in healthcare.

The School of Health Sciences is comprised of the Departments of Allied Health, Rehabilitation Sciences and Wellness, and Population Health and Leadership, including undergraduate programs in Dental Hygiene, Exercise Science, Health Sciences, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Nutrition Sciences, Paramedicine, and Public Health. Graduate and doctoral programs include Healthcare Administration (MHA), Medical Laboratory Sciences, M.S., Nutrition Sciences, M.S. (Pathway to RD), Public Health (MPH), Speech-Language Pathology, M.S., Doctor of Health Sciences (DHSc) and Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD). The School of Health Sciences is looking forward to launching our Physician Associate (PA) program in 2026.
