HCA Healthcare has released its 2026 Impact Report noting, among other highlights, the company provided charity care, uninsured discounts and other uncompensated care to patients at an estimated cost of $4.5 billion. 

The report highlights accomplishments throughout HCA’s network of 190 hospitals and 2,500 outpatient facilities, including progress made in research, workforce development and community impact.
