Midlife Fit Club Founder Shares His Time-Saving Full-Body Kettlebell Workout – 20 Minutes Is All You Need

You don’t need dozens of exercises or a gym full of equipment to train your entire body. In a recent YouTube video, Midlife Fit Club founder Jeff Sutherland shared a four-move kettlebell complex using just a pair of 18kg kettlebells.

Performed without resting between exercises, it combines strength and conditioning into one efficient workout that can be adapted to suit almost any fitness level.

The Workout

Complete the following exercises:

  • 5 x Double Kettlebell Push Press
  • 5 x Front Rack Squat
  • 5 x Double Kettlebell Bent-Over Row
  • 5 x Deficit Push-Up

Rest for one to two minutes before starting the next round. Complete five rounds in total.

If you’re new to kettlebell training, Sutherland recommends starting with one to three rounds and building up over time. While he completed seven rounds in the video, he says five rounds is still enough to deliver a challenging full-body workout.
