Before I knew it, I had turned 55.
How terrifying🌀
Around the time I turned 50, I strongly told myself: “The foundation for the second half of my life (the lunar era) will be beauty and health!”
Of course, there is a desire to stay youthful, but this is the answer I arrived at, born from the thought that “I want to live happily and stay in a good mood.”
As you know (who knows?), I am a natural-born quitter, so I have been interested in various beauty products, using this and that before moving on to the next—a traveler in the world of skincare.
And now, at 55, the thing I feel the most effective results from is “scalp care.”
I started it early, at 45.
It has been 10 years.
I still don’t dye my gray hair, I have plenty of hair volume, and my hairline is still standing tall.
Yes!
My obsessions
▫️5 minutes of brushing every morning
▫️Brushing before shampooing as well
▫️Head scrub twice a week
▫️Scalp lotion after bathing
And, using the right brush for each task!
First, here is the brush I use for morning brushing, which I consider the most important↓

There are many things to do, such as skincare, gut health, and daily stretching, but scalp care comes before everything else!
There is probably no such thing as perfect anti-aging.
To some extent, it can’t be helped.
Well-aging, which involves accepting aging, is also important.
However, I can confidently say that beauty routines that help you feel happy every day, stay in a good mood, and relieve stress are nourishment for the soul!
If aging is delayed by 10 years as a byproduct, that’s a lucky bonus.
Having said that, I’m trying so hard that the truth is I just can’t help wanting to look younger😅
It’s no good just focusing on the outside.
I’ll polish the inside (my heart) too✨
