If you’re wondering what she does to get her sculpted abs, you should know that she’s no stranger to the gym, and she’s always trying new workouts.

Last year, Keke revealed that she tried cycling, and it was a total game changer.

“I never thought I’d be that girl! I was so annoyed with that girl!” she told The Zoe Report. “I realized how much quicker you can burn calories on the cycle machine than on the treadmill. I can sit on that bike for 40 minutes and be chillin’ watching TV and then be done for the day.”

As for her diet, Keke is all about filling up on nutritious foods. For breakfast, she’ll usually have a smoothie with hemp milk, blueberries, half an avocado, mangoes, and a bit of agave. On other days, she prefers spelt pancakes.

“I’ll put a cup and a half of spelt flour, a cup of hemp milk, half a cup of water, a little bit of salt, a teaspoon of grapeseed oil, a teaspoon of agave, and blend it up,” she told The Zoe Report. “Then, I make the pancakes, serve them with blueberries and a bit of agave nectar, and I’m good to go.” She also is a big fan of seaweed salads.

BRB, I’m off to try that smoothie recipe!
