A 15-Minute Bodyweight Workout You Can Do at Home or on Holiday

It seems like a lifetime ago that we all became home workout warriors and spent lockdown lunch breaks sweating through workouts on patios around the country. We don’t miss the isolation but some days it’s worth going retro and rolling out the yoga mat for a fast fix of fitness at home.

MH Elite supremo Gus Vaz Tostes has put together a quick bodyweight-only session that is a good for the garden as it is for the beach. You’re going to be working through three movements, with a minute of a nasty burpee variation to ramp up your heart rates, then 30 seconds of two core-focussed movements to firm up that middle.

Then you rest of a minute before starting again at the top. Do five rounds for 15-minute festival of metabolism-spiking fun.

1) Double Push Burpees x 1 minute
