Queensberry has secured two major lettings at the repurposed Metquarter in Liverpool.
European orthodontics chain Impress has opened a flagship clinic in the centre, alongside skin health and wellness company Élan Laser Clinics.
Both businesses are based on the lower ground floor of the venue, and will join a number of art, fashion, street food and entertainment companies.
Alex Hyams, senior leasing and asset manager for Queensberry, said: “Impress and Élan opening brings two successful, state-of-the-art beauty services to Metquarter.
“These clinics provide yet another reason to visit the scheme. They further increase the range of activities which take place under Metquarter’s roof from morning until night alongside the Everyman Cinema, Liverpool Media Academy, boutique fashion retailers, the GPO food market and our City Spa to name a few.”
Élan will offer services such as body sculpting, laser treatments and cosmetic injectables including anti-wrinkle and dermal fillers.
Anna McCartney, founding chief executive of Élan, said: “Liverpool is my home city, and we are delighted that Metquarter is home to our Liverpool clinic. This joins our stable of Élan clinics already open in Leeds and Hale Barns with plans for a flagship in London on the horizon and another 45 clinics to open across England in the coming years.”
Impress will provide removable aligners designed to treat overbites, crowding, and diastema.
Daniel Brown, UK Country Manager for Impress, added: “We are very excited to open our first flagship clinic in Liverpool, following the success of our other UK flagships in London, Manchester, and Birmingham. Metquarter is situated right in the heart of Liverpool, boasting world-class brands, so it’s the perfect location for us to bring an innovative approach to Orthodontic care to the city.”
