Some people love pumpkin spice, others hate it. But there’s another surefire sign of fall that pretty much everyone gets excited about: Breaking crisp fall style pieces. Sweaters, flannels, jeans, boots—those, and much, much more are the clothes that I fantasize about wearing all summer long, when I’m drenched with sweat standing on a subway platform. Even a day at the beach doesn’t take the sting out of stowing my sweaters in my closet for a whole season. In fact, I insist on having one in my beach bag just in case temperatures drop once the sun sets.

Now, that magical time known as sweater weather is almost here—and personally, I’m in the market for a few new favorites. I’ve been tracking the fall collections, and have settled on a few picks (some awesome ones from Nautica, in particular).
