Annapolis Town Center to add four health and beauty retailers this year

Annapolis Town Center, a bustling hub for shopping and entertainment, is adding four new retailers to its lineup.

The newest retailers — SkinSpirit, Rowan, Nava Health and Toastique — will offer beauty treatments, holistic health and wellness services and a fresh spread of healthy breakfast options, according to a town center news release.

SkinSpirit, a medical spa with locations across the country, will offer customized treatments to enhance natural beauty. The spa’s services will include facials, injectables and laser treatments, among others.

Starting Saturday, Rowan, a woman-founded company, will provide ear piercing services performed by licensed nurses without the use of piercing guns. Rowan’s line of earrings are made of high-quality, hypoallergenic metals — no brass, nickel or zinc. The company is accepting pre-bookings online now.

Nava Health, an integrative medical practice, offers clients a root-cause approach to good health through personalized, data-driven strategies, according to a news release. The membership-based company’s team of physicians, nurses and other specialists will offer acupuncture, hormone replacement, certified nutrition expertise, massage, diagnostics and aesthetics services.

Toastique, a gourmet toast and juice bar, will open in the town center on May 11. The fast-growing chain of breakfast cafes, which opened its first location in Washington, D.C., in 2018, will plate up a variety of healthy toast options, as well as fruit-filled granola bowls, fresh cold-pressed juices, smoothies, coffee and more.

“I am truly excited to see the continuous growth and evolution of our center unfold before us,” Christi Swanson, Annapolis Town Center’s general manager, said in a news release. “The addition of these four retailers allows us to offer a range of health and wellness-focused services tailored to the preferences of our guests who prioritize a healthy and balanced lifestyle.”

The town center has over 600,000 square feet of retail and office space, along with more than 500 luxury residential units.

Texas-based Trademark Property Company, which took over managing the town center in 2018, handles leasing and leads the town center’s redevelopment campaign.
