LATE last month, Vice President Kamala Harris posted a video to the social media platform X decrying state “abortion bans.” As Union Leader reporter Kevin Landrigan noted on that platform, “Interesting. This Harris campaign post listed New Hampshire as 1 of those states WITHOUT an abortion ban.” That was a terrible inconvenience for New Hampshire Democrat politicians who claim the state imposes such a law.
