It is a false statement as the UV rays can penetrate through clouds, overcast days, and also during nighttime in summer because of the harsh loo and winds. Regardless of the weather condition you should always step outside with sunscreen all over your body. If you’re sweating or swimming, then also wear sunscreen throughout the day. Also, it is not compulsory that the higher the SPF, the better the protection. It depends on the SPF number, and how often you apply the sunscreen.
