CARBONDALE, Ill. — A regional event focused on holistic wellness is coming back to Southern Illinois later this month.

The 12th annual Women’s Health Naturally Expo & Workshops will take place Saturday, March 28, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Carbondale Civic Center.

Organizers say the event brings together natural healthcare practitioners and providers from across the region, giving attendees a chance to learn more about caring for their health and their families through natural approaches.

The expo will feature more than 40 practitioners and vendors, along with workshops scheduled throughout the day.

Registration includes access to the expo floor, educational sessions, catered lunch by Branch Café, a market, hourly prize drawings and a closing movement session.

Organizers say the event is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all.
